The Australian Government and relevant industry bodies, through research and industry input, have developed a Retail Industry curriculum framework based on global standards of service.

The Retail Academy will use this curriculum and the supporting learning and assessment resources to build an educative framework in which to deliver quality, relevant retail industry training in Kuwait.

Experiential learning approaches will be used in the form of competency based training and assessment, and assessment centre activities, allowing trainees the opportunity to practise and refine operational and management theoretical concepts.
