The Retail Academy is keen to show that a career in retail can be exciting and very diverse, offering many opportunities to progress to senior management and leadership positions. A retail-led recovery from the current world-wide global recession has been forecasted and significant expansion in the retail sector in Kuwait is highly likely. More shopping precincts, more outlets and more jobs, means growth in employment opportunities, and such growth requires trained and motivated personnel.

The Retail Academy aims to significantly increase access to quality vocational training through the innovative use of simulation and practical training platforms.

Courses are available for new and existing employees in retail service and management in areas such as: telecommunications, clothing and sporting goods, supermarkets, electrical and home-wares, cafes, restaurants and hotels, hospitals, banks and financial organizations.
